Hand Proofer is specially designed for flexographic ink color matching and proofing, which is widely used in ink production, carton printing, flexographic printing and other industries. It can apply water-based ink, gravure ink, aniline ink or other liquid coatings on various substrates to prepare reproducible color samples and reproduce ink density. It has the function of simulating the printing effect of a printing machine. It is a necessary tool for color matching and ink blending to test the printing performance and color depth of water-based ink. It is also a necessary tool for printing factories to detect spot colors. BGD220 Hand Proofer is a new structure product completely designed and developed by Biuged Company. It is different from the common Hand Proofer on the market. It has novel style and unique structure. It is mainly composed of stainless steel material, metal anilox roller and solvent resistant rubber roller. It is easy to operate and easy to use.

Changes after upgraded

Weight: the handle is about 50% heavier than the conventional hand proofer on the market. This product weighs about 1.1kg. The operator should use less force in the test. Some samples need to press a certain force to paint the standard color sample.

Material: the main material is made of stainless steel, which is thick enough and not easy to deform and move. Generally, it is made of thin material, which is easy to deform and the dimension is unstable. The rubber roll is not successive when it moves, which will affects the coatings performance.

The force can be adjusted clearly and the repeatability is consistent: there is a scale mark on the release rod, about 2.8n/mm. During the test, user can adjust the suitable pressure which between the rubber roller and the metal anilox roller. Different samples can be tested with different scale values.

Stainless steel miniature waterproof bearing: anti rust, waterproof, durable, making metal roller rotate freely.

Easy to disassemble, assemble and clean thoroughly: easy to operate, easy to disassemble and assemble. Do not need to prepare a screwdriver tool, user can directly disassemble and assemble all the screws by hand, and master the disassembly and assembly skills simply and skillfully. All accessories can be completely disassembled and the stains left by the test can be cleaned.
