The sand-milling blade is an important part of the milling machine, its function is to drive the grinding medium (zirconium bead, glass bead) to rotate at high speed to occur a strong impact, friction with the material, so that the material will be dispersed, sheared and reduce the fineness.

Considering customer will use the sand-milling blade to grind different material, to achieve the best grinding efficiency and extend the working life, after a variety of experiment, we BIUGED finally found an imported plastic material which has excellent performance.

In the experiment, we use the common sand-milling blade, nylon sand-milling blade, imported plastic material sand-milling blade to do the comparison test with same mortar material and some other material. Below are the abrasion results of this 3 different material after the test.

Upgraded sand-milling blade:

This is the imported plastic material sand-milling blade, this plastic has good abrasion resistance & impact resistance, no obvious friction marks. An excellent result !
